At iDevelopments our technical professionals follow processes leading to a successful on-time delivery of a product that solves the clients business need.

1. Understanding the client.  The first building block is an understanding of the clients business and to obtain an in-depth knowledge of both organizational and technical needs.
2. Pilot Run.  All applications are developed in confidence and proceed only after clients approval.  At this stage a proposal is drawn up.
3. Development. The development team lead by the team leader will commence the development according to the plan finalized.
4. Updates.  Submissions of work completed are reported to the client.
5. Completion and Testing.  The last stage consists of final testing and delivery of the application to bring the project to completion.
